Bans, mutes, kicks and warnings each get a case number, a DM to the member saying what happened, and a card in your moderation log with History, Unban and Unmute buttons.

Logging

Ban appeals
Let banned members ask to come back. Ban DMs carry an Appeal button. It opens a short form with your questions, and your team accepts or denies from a card in Discord.
Reports
Members flag problems, staff act fast. Right-click a message or use /report. Reports arrive with the message saved, and buttons to delete, mute or dismiss.
Verification
Stop raid bots at the door. New members press Verify and pick the matching code. Set a minimum account age and choose whether new accounts are refused or kicked.
Tickets
Private support channels with transcripts. A panel with topics, each routed to its own category and staff role. Claim, add members and close, with a saved transcript.
Forms
Applications without another bot. Build a form with up to five questions. Members fill it in from a button and staff accept or deny, with a role on accept.

Questions
Is Astro really free?
Yes. There is no paid plan and no feature behind a paywall. Cordyx Studio runs Astro alongside the custom bots it builds for servers.
Where do I change settings?
On the dashboard. Sign in with Discord, pick your server, and every setting is there. Discord commands are kept for moderating, not configuring.
What permissions does Astro need?
The invite asks for what moderation needs: ban, kick, timeout, manage messages, channels, roles and nicknames, view the audit log, and send messages. The dashboard tells you if anything is missing.
Who can use the moderation commands?
Anyone with the matching Discord permission, plus the roles you set as Staff, Supervisors or Admins on the dashboard.
Can I move from another bot?
Yes. Astro starts with everything off apart from what you switch on, so it won't fight another bot while you move over.
Does Astro support Roblox verification?
Not yet. It's being built and will be free like everything else.
